HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS
Twelfth Night Productions
Twelfth Night Productions (TNP) is excited to celebrate our fifteenth year producing theater with How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying. In addition to producing high quality, community theater and providing an artistic outlet for residents of the Puget Sound, each summer TNP has partnered with a local charitable non-profit organization. Donating a portion of the proceeds from each summer show, TNP has helped such organizations as the Delridge Neighborhood Development Association, the All City Band and the White Center Food Bank among others. This year we are proud to partner with FareStart, a culinary job training and placement program for homeless and disadvantaged individuals.

THE MISS FIRECRACKER CONTEST
Twelfth Night Productions
Twelfth Night Productions (TNP) is proud to open its spring production, The Miss Firecracker Contest, by Beth Henley on Friday April 9 at the Youngstown Cultural Center in West Seattle. The Miss Firecracker Contest is set in the small town of Brookhaven, Mississippi and centers around its annual beauty pageant, the titular Miss Firecracker Contest. Young and attractive Carnelle is trying out for the pageant as a way to elevate her somewhat tarnished reputation. Together with her recently returning cousins, Elain and Delmount, she is determined to leave her small town life behind her in a blaze of glory. Meanwhile, Popeye, her seamstress, has fallen in love with the deeply intense Delmount, but hides her feelings behind stories of her eccentric life. Once they all make it to the contest, they meet up with Mac Sam and Tessy, two characters who have an intimate knowledge of two of our protagonists. It all comes to a head with the crowning of the one and only Miss Firecracker and the yearly fireworks display.

Twelfth Night Productions
Twelfth Night Productions (TNP) is pleased to announce it’s next offering Meredith Willson’s ode to Americana, The Music Man. An affectionate tribute to small town USA of a bygone era, The Music Man follows a fast talking traveling sales man, Herald Hill as he cons the people of River City Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band he vows to organize. This despite the fact that he doesn’t know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain’s fall.

TWELFTH NIGHT EXPOSES THEIR UNDERPANTS
Twelfth Night Productions
Never underestimate the power of a glimpse of lingerie. Twelfth Night Productions (TNP) is proud to announce its next offering, “The Underpants.” Adapted by Steve Martin from Carl Sternheim's 1910 comedy "Die Hose," this hilarious comedy dives into issues of sex, feminism and politics. The story begins when young housewife Louise has a mishap with her underpants – they fall to her ankles, resting there for a few moments in public. The site of her underpants unearths passion in those who witnessed it and concern from her boring, government employed husband. The Underpants is a witty and hilarious look at marriage, gender roles, celebrity and class. This production is for mature audiences only.
